1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

Welcome to SilkZap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SilkZap ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website located at silkzap.myshopify.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products through our online store.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an Order: When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order; however, this acknowledgment does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs when we ship the products to you and send you a shipping confirmation email. A binding contract is formed only upon our shipment and confirmation.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Order Confirmation and Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current account, billing, shipping, and contact information. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We are not responsible for errors in your order, delivery delays, or non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delivery delays.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address information.
